  I have never left a review, good or bad, but I guess this location is a good place to start. The food is subpar, as should be expected from fast food. The service, for the most part, is fast and friendly. The problem is Alex, the franchise owner.
  
  He is consistently rude to customers. I visit this location for lunch once every couple weeks, and every time I see Alex, he is in an awful mood. He quickly shoves food and drinks out the drive-through window in a way that results in them being dropped. Just today, he confronted the customer ahead of me for having the gall to tell him he was being rude, telling the customer that "any time you don't get exactly what you want, it's that I'm being rude." Well... You're not helping your case, Alex. I called to file a complaint about this exchange only to discover that Alex is the owner. He gave me a phone number to call. The number he gave is not in service.
  
  I apologize to anyone who comes in contact with this guy, especially his employees. I can't imagine having such an angry, dismissive person in charge of a restaurant where customer service is key. If I had one piece of advice, Alex needs to find a back office where he can steam all day and let his (more professional) employees steer the ship.

  Burger is everything I care about. As I began to put the wopper into my mouth, I started to cry out of pure jpy. The acoustics at this establishment are amazing. I come here for lunch dinner supper midnight snack and dessert and breakfast
